Exchanges

​

If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Please email for return shipping instructions.  Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the shirt. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no gift card will be issued.

***All exchanges being sent back to Shut The Front Door must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your original package.***

We DO NOT accept any exchanges on holiday related items.

​

Any exchanged packages postmarked after 10 days of receiving your original package will be refused by STFD and returned to the sender.

Returns

​

If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The package containing your return products must be post marked within 10 days of receiving your original package from STFD. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping and there is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. 

When returning or exchanging any items, please include the packing slip that was included in your order.

Please indicate on the packing slip whether you would like to exchange or return your items. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return/ exchange process.

Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via USPS. Each order will receive a tracking number. You can also log into your account on this site to check order status.

Ready to ship prints will ship within the turnaround timeframe stated Turnaround Time Info page on the website. Pre-sale and custom orders will specify shipping timeframes, typically about 10 business days after closing date.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are providing accurate shipping information when purchasing. If the address gives a postal error prior to shipping, due to lack of address information provided by customer, we will cancel the order. Unfortunately, we simply don't have time to track down customers to get a proper address. 

Refunds will NOT be given in the event that a customer provides incorrect shipping address info, or for claims of not receiving package when tracking says delivered. Any issues with delivery need to be addressed to your local post office. You are assuming any responsibility for issues in transit. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address submitted on our part we will refund the order in entirety.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES VIA THEIR COUNTRIES CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE IMPOSED FEES. ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR ACCEPTED AS RETURNED FOR FAILURE TO PAY YOUR VAT.
