Return and Exchange info

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Please contact lisa@shutthefrontdoor.com for complete return/exhange shipping address. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the shirt. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no gift card will be issued.

***All exchanges being sent back to STFD Shop Top must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your original package.***

We DO NOT accept any exchanges on holiday related items.

Any exchanged packages postmarked after 10 days of receiving your original package will be refused and returned to the sender.

Returns

If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The package containing your return products must be post marked within 10 days of receiving your original package from Hippie Runner. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping and there is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.
